At Nicko Coffee, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns unless:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The package is tampered with at the time of delivery
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue

2. Refund Process
If your request is approved:
A refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase
Taste preferences
Minor packaging variations
Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Replacement Policy
In case of verified damaged or incorrect product:
We may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
